DO I...
MAKE
AN APPOINTMENT?
Telephone number 028 9086 4455
The surgery operates an appointment system. Appointments can be made with the
receptionist, by phone or at the surgery. Each appointment lasts 10 minutes and
is for one patient only. If you feel you require a longer appointment, please
let the receptionist know and we will try to make provision for this. If you are
unable to keep your appointment please inform us as soon as possible. You may
request a doctor of your preference; however, this may result in a longer waiting
time.
Emergency Appointments
The surgery operates a triage system daily between 8.30 - 10.30am. If you feel you have an urgent problem which requires a doctor on the same day, you can phone the surgery and a doctor will return your call, to assess your needs. Emergencies that arise outside these times will be given prompt attention by the receptionist and the doctor will be informed.
