Patients
who are abusive or violent to staff will be removed from the practice list.
Services
Not Covered By NHS
Patients
should be aware that a number of services are not within the remit of the NHS
and will attract a charge. Examples of these are: private medical certificates,
insurance reports and examinations, forms and reports relating to fitness to drive,
passport forms, private medical care forms and travel advice.

FREEDOM
OF INFORMATION – PUBLICATION SCHEME
The
Freedom of Information Act 2000 obliges the practice to produce a Publication
Scheme. A Publication Scheme is a guide to the ‘classes’ of information
the practice intends to routinely make available.
